Is it programming such as - it is wrong to waste food or to not clean your plate?
Is it all of these or something else?
When it comes to weight loss basically the body needs to take in less than what it needs so the fat reserves can be used. Using these reserves results in weight loss.
There are various ways this can be achieved.
🌀You can change the types of foods you eat.
🌀You can change the quantities of food you eat.
🌀You can increase your levels of activity.
🌀You can follow a particular plan of eating such as intermittent fasting or time restricted eating, stopping sugar, low carb, sticking to a particular "diet" or finding what is right for and acceptable to you.
In an exploration session we discuss your goals, past challenges and successes. The food mood diary page available for download at the bottom of the page is simply a page that you might find useful.
Recording your food intake and feelings pre and post eating over a week can be informative and allow you to become aware of things that need to change.
