When it comes to weight loss basically the body needs to take in less than what it needs so the fat reserves can be used.  Using these reserves results in weight loss. 

There are various ways this can be achieved. 

🌀You can change the types of foods you eat. 

🌀Change the quantities of food you eat. 

🌀Increase your levels of activity. 

🌀Follow a particular regime such as intermittent fasting or time restricted eating, stopping sugar, low carb, sticking to a particular way of eating or finding what is right for and acceptable to you.

Recording your food intake and feelings pre and post eating over a week can be informative and allow you to become aware of things that need to change.
